Now let me get this straight right from the start: this potato salad recipe of mine has not won any actual awards—it’s just that I think it is good enough to do so. I do love potato salad but unfortunately for me it is a little bland. I know that’s how it is supposed to taste but I decided that it needed a little something so I spent an afternoon spicing it up a little and came up with a hot and spicy potato salad.

I have probably been eating tuna salad for 40 years and I have been making tuna salad for almost as long. Different people make the tasty concoction in different ways. Following is how to make tuna salad the way my Mom did.
